A complete route for powder

The illustrated powder line uses a screw feeder to supply an auger filler. The filler dispenses the powder into the packaging machine, which completes the bag. Feeding, dosing and packaging are coordinated as one configured line.

Feeding is different from dosing

The screw feeder transfers powder to the dosing unit. The auger filler meters the portion that goes into the bag. These two functions should be understood separately even though they work together in the same line.

The catalogue photographs show both functions with the packaging machine. All equipment is configured around the project; there is no single fixed component package for every powder.

Premade pouches or roll film

For ready-made bags, the catalogue presents DA-L260 and DA-L350 powder configurations using a premade pouch packaging machine.

For roll-film packaging, the illustrated line connects powder feeding and auger dosing to a vertical form-fill-seal machine. The packaging machine forms, fills and seals the bag. Choose the route from your intended bag, then have the packaging-machine model matched to the bag dimensions and required output.
