From product supply to a sealed bag
The illustrated line connects a product supply vessel and a liquid dosing pump to a packaging machine. The supply system feeds the filling stage; the pump delivers the portion to the bag; the packaging machine completes the seal.
Liquid and paste products do not all handle in the same way. Tell us the product and desired quantity per bag so the feeding and dosing arrangement can be selected for your project.
Match the filling stage to your product
The catalogue shows a liquid and sauce filling configuration. A product name and photograph help start the discussion; details such as whether it flows freely or is a thicker paste help explain the task.
These pictures illustrate the arrangement of the complete line. They do not establish one universal pump specification or a fixed equipment package for all liquids and pastes.
Packaging follows the bag
For bags supplied ready-made, the catalogue lists DA-Y260 and DA-Y350 liquid and paste configurations with a premade pouch packaging machine.
For roll film, the illustrated line supplies the filling stage of a vertical form-fill-seal machine. The machine forms the bag from film, fills it and seals it. Your bag determines the packaging route; its dimensions and the required output help determine the packaging-machine model.
Send the details you already have
Share the product name or a photo, the target quantity per bag and a bag example. If possible, include bag dimensions and the required number of bags per minute or per hour. You can start an inquiry without knowing which pump or packaging-machine model to select.
Questions about selecting your packaging line
Is a liquid dosing pump used in the pictured line?
Yes. The configuration shows product supply, pump dosing and bag packaging working together. The final filling arrangement is defined from the customer's requirements.
Do I need to decide between premade pouches and roll film before contacting you?
No. Send an example of the finished package you want. We can explain the two packaging routes and propose the complete line.
Can I order the pump separately?
The pump is supplied as part of a complete configured packaging line. Standalone pump sales are not offered on this website.
