From loose product to a filled bag
A granule packaging line brings together a feeding system, a weighing system and a packaging machine. In the configuration shown, a Z-type bucket elevator transfers the product to a multihead weigher; the weighed portion then enters the packaging machine.
The feeding and weighing arrangement is selected around your material. Product size, flow behaviour and the portion to be packed are useful starting points for discussing the line.
Feeding and weighing
The catalogue includes Z-type bucket elevators and inclined conveyors, together with multihead and linear weighing systems. These are parts of a complete line: the appropriate combination is selected for the application, rather than sold here as separate modules.
The photographs show a multihead weighing configuration. They illustrate the arrangement of the equipment, not the exact specification of every catalogue model.
Two packaging routes
For bags that arrive already made, the line uses a premade pouch packaging machine to open, fill and seal them. The catalogue lists DA-D260 and DA-D350 granule configurations.
For packaging made from roll film, a vertical form-fill-seal machine forms the bag, receives the weighed portion and seals it. The DA-420, DA-520, DA-720 and DA-820 packaging-machine range provides different bag-size ranges. The packaging route starts with your bag, while the final model is selected with the required output and other project requirements.
What to send with your inquiry
Send a photo or name of the product, the target weight per bag and an example of the finished bag. If available, add the bag dimensions and required bags per minute or per hour. You do not need to choose the feeding or weighing equipment yourself.
Questions about selecting your packaging line
Is a multihead weigher included in every granule line?
No fixed configuration applies to every project. The photos show multihead weighing; the catalogue also includes linear weighing. The system is configured around the customer's material and requirements.
Can the same granule line use both premade pouches and roll film?
Premade pouch handling and vertical form-fill-seal are different packaging routes. Show us the bag you want to produce so we can propose the appropriate complete line.
Can I order just the bucket elevator or weigher?
These components are supplied as part of a complete configured packaging line. This website does not offer them as standalone purchases.
