When you request a packaging proposal, we collect the name, contact details and project information you submit, including any product or bag photos. Providing an email address or WhatsApp number lets our sales team reply. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message or photos.
We use this information to answer your request, evaluate equipment requirements and follow up on your project. We also process limited technical information to protect forms and accounts against abuse. We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing messages or make automated decisions about you.
Inquiry records and photos are accessible to authorised staff. Website hosting and email providers support this processing. The website server is in Germany and our sales team operates in China, so handling your request involves access across these locations. Photos submitted with an inquiry are not published in the website gallery.
We keep inquiry information only for as long as it is needed to handle the project, meet applicable record-keeping obligations or resolve a dispute. You may contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion, or to object to further follow-up. We will review your request and explain any information we must retain. Where applicable, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
We use essential cookies for form security and authenticated administration. When you send an inquiry, we record the page path from which it was submitted. Processing and responding to your inquiry does not depend on accepting optional analytics.
When website analytics is enabled, we load Google Analytics only with your consent to measure website visits, successful inquiry submissions and contact-link clicks. These are separate measurements: clicking a contact link does not confirm that a message was sent. Google Analytics uses browser identifiers, cookies and technical information. We do not send your name, contact details, inquiry text, photos or inquiry reference to Google Analytics. Advertising tracking is not enabled.
If you accept analytics, we also temporarily store limited source information in the current browser tab. This may include the path of the first page viewed after consent, the referring website's domain and approved source, medium and campaign labels. If you send an inquiry, we save these details with it to understand where inquiries come from. We exclude full referring URLs, arbitrary query parameters and advertising click identifiers. Campaign labels are not sent to Google Analytics.
We remember your analytics choice in this browser for up to 180 days. If you accept, analytics cookies are configured to expire after 30 days without automatic extension on subsequent visits. You can change or withdraw your choice through “Change analytics choice”. Withdrawal stops further analytics collection and clears the analytics cookies and temporary source information stored by this website; it does not automatically delete information already collected.
